The men’s team has moved up to 6th place, while the ladies now sit in 26thin the latest Grand Prix standings. Steve Suttle lies in a good position, 11th overall, and 4th in the MV50, closely followed by Steve King in 19th, 11th in the MV40. Well done to all those who took part, especially those who had run in London the previous Sunday!

Next up is the Beckenham 10k on 5th June – it’s a cheap one to enter, with only a 300 race limit, so nice one to get some points in. Come on ladies – won’t take many points to shoot up the table!
