Almost 150 runners, including 9 TRACcies, contested yesterday’s rearranged Les Golding 10k in Herne Bay. Terry, Mark and Gaynor rounded off a busy weekend having raced the day before. Well done all!
Sunday 29/07/12 saw a 1500m race held in conjunction with the Les Golding 10k. Oliver Cooper represented TRAC. Oliver is running with great confidence at the moment and this showed with yet another excellent run to win the race in a time of 5mins 5 seconds just a week after winning the Deal 1500m in 5m 09.
