Alex Horsley and I had a lunchtime date in Hyde Park yesterday, for February's Last Friday of the Month 5k race.

Alex was very pleased with his time of 19.30 in 43rd place on his first visit, while I was only 4 seconds off my pb in 21.08, and in my familiar place in the pack of 86th. There's a real mix of runners in the field of over 200, as the winner clocked 15.40, with a fair spread back to 36mins!
