Seven TRAC members tackled yesterday’s Mount Ephraim 10k. Alex Horsley was first of the band back, in 14th of the 196 finishers just outside 42 mins. With, Roy Barden and Graham Pick, the men picked up second place in the team results. Pam Philpot flew the flag for the ladies. Well done all – full results below.
