A few club members headed up to Maidstone this morning for the British Heart Foundation's North Downs Way Challenge 20 mile event. It wasn’t officially timed, but Ed Heardman & Dave Bennett ran up and down the hills, through the mud and hopped over stiles to complete in 3.13, with Cliff Stokes around 30 mins longer. Bob Wild, Mark Ashmore, Steve Clarke, Karen Daniels and Julia Armitage also continued their marathon training at this event.
