The drive for a greater turn out between the Olympics and Paralympics at yesterday’s Whitstable Park Run was a success, with 146 runners enjoying the sun. TRAC managed a team of over 60’s, with Glyn Jenkins ahead of Terry Brightwell, and Bill Wright coming home ahead of Brian Snead for the first time. Rick Ryder and his daughter Rebecca both ran, while another junior Rebecca (Hales) had her first Park Run.
