Once again accompanied by Steve King, Emily Bond was first lady back in this morning’s Whitstable Park Run, repeating the achievement from her previous two appearances. Terry Brightwell finished shortly behind, stretching his overall lead to over 300 points. Oliver Copper and Kay Bailey also ran among the field of 62 runners. Full TRAC results below.
