Hope you feel well enough Shaz, you certainly proved what a gutsy runner you are at sittingbourne, but its not worth turning it into "man-flu" if your not 100%
I've tweaked a Hamstring only 50yds from home after a 10k training run yesterday morning, not a full on "shot in the back of the leg" type but just a tweak, so i will see how it feels on a round the block test in the morning.
I will certainly be warming up fully and starting gently!
sadly i have to be on duty at 1300hrs so i'm not being rude but will have to dash off to work after I finish.
