Well Done those who ran the London marathon I’m envious of anyone holding that medal in this the Olympic year so well done, special mention for work mate Andy Beaumont who despite being unable to build up the miles due to winter injury bravely attempted his first marathon and gritted his teeth to finish. Andy has been my running mentor for two years and has that very famous Yorkshire friendly generous nature so say hello to him in his newly acquired TRRAC vest
