Open Water Swimming

Forgive me for including a swimming post in an Athletics Forum....but I know that some of you cross train or even do triathlons.  Just wanted to know if anyone wants to try out some openwater swimming at the lido in Cliftonville.  Maybe during the evening or at the weekend.

Me, Ange and Jax are planning to go down tommorow night at 6.30pm, but I must warn you I am not up to your high standard of swimming...just want to get the experience.  I know Jerry is interested as well, so maybe we can make this a regular thing for those inclined Traccies.  I might be looking to do the weekend as well.

Everyone else is more than welcome. The more the merrier.

Hi Rick.  Did this for a three weeks at Wadpole Bay...looking to something on a more permanent basis soon...stay tuned for more details. Ian
