London marathon ballot places

Well I have just found out that I have been unsuccessful again (3rd year running) on the London marathon ballet.  What does a girl have to do to get a ballot place???

Anyone lucky enough to receive one?

Hi i have been rejected for the london marathon as well. Gutted as last year i had just come back from injury and my time did'nt reflect what i was hoping to do. does anyone know if the club has any places and what the criteria is to get one.

Hi, I'm afraid you will of have to have been a member for at least a year and have marshalled 2 of our events.

If anyone has already marshalled one event and needs another the 10 Mile on 2nd December is your last opportunity!  Helen Langsmead is still collecting names.
