Saturday Morning Cycling Training
« on: February 03, 2013, 11:06:39 PM »
Three of us braved the wind on Saturday and a number of lessons were learnt.  An important one was to keep the route fluid...we were going to go to Reculver but the wind would have made it a horrible experience.

For those interested, I am looking to leave an hour earlier at 8am so it doesn’t take too much of the day up.  We did a minimum of 23 miles last week and am looking to increase this each week with the goal of cycling the London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation.

If anyone is interested, you are more than happy to join us.  I suggest we meet opposite Palm Bay School at 8am.  This can be reviewed over the next few weeks if this is convenient for everyone.

I should be running on Monday and Thursday if you have any questions.
