Hi All
We are holding the final 5k time trial of 2013 on the track this Thursday. Please can you let us know if you are planning on running as we need to know numbers before the night to make sure we have enough recorders. If you don't fancy running but can help out lap counting that would also be great. You will need to be there for 6.30 to register and pick up a number and warm up and we hope to start at about 6.45.
