Inside Sport Psychology lecture

Based on his new book Inside Sport Psychology, co-authored by Professor Peter Terry (University of Southern Queensland), Dr Karageorghis will explain and illustrate the psychological principles associated with a number of sports, and offer tips for managing mood fluctuations, developing confidence and managing consistent performance at every level.

When: Wednesday 23rd March 2011. Registration 7.00 - 7.30pm.
Venue: Langley Park School for Boys, Hawksbrook Lane, off South Eden Park Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3BP.
5 minutes walk from Eden Park Railway Station. Car parking available on site.

Lecture Title: Inside Sport Psychology : A public lecture and book launch by Dr Costas Karageorghis, Reader in Sport Psychology, Brunel University.
