Dear Fellow Runners - just a quick word from me to say thank you to all of you for your support and advice during my lead up to the big run on Sunday. I was pretty pleased with 4.18 (secretly hoping for 4.15) but it was hot and there seemed to be even more people to avoid this year. Mark I can sympathise now the marathon rage comment you made yesterday.
It was great travelling up with you all and to see you at mile 25 for one last cheer to send me on my merry way made all the difference. Thanks for the effort and will see you out soon (but not just yet). Deb x
