Number greater than 400 will be available for collection on the day ONLY. Please arrive with sufficient time. On the day entries are available (upto race limit). Please arrive early! (Registration and pickup open from 8:15 to 9:45am)
There is a lively forum chat on the race on the Runners World Web Site Run under UK Athletics rules. A BARR Event. Minimum age 16 on day of race. This race is not suitable for wheelchair athletes. Awards for first, second and third male and female; also for teams and age categories. On the day entries do not qualify for team prizes. All finishers receive a commemorative award.
