100 up for Bill

On Sunday, Bill Wright ran the Paisley 10k in 54:35, 15 seconds faster than last year. Bill was returning for another outing in his home town, and racked up his 100th race since taking up running in 2006.

The race was in aid of the Heart Foundation and Paisley is the first "heart town" in the West of Scotland. At the home of the deep fried pizza and mars bar, the Heart Foundatiosn work is reflected in the fact that Bill made the top half of the field!

Well done Bill!!
