Grand Prix Update

After three races in the 2016 Kent Grand Prix, the men’s team is 12th and the ladies team is 22nd – always difficult to score points at those popular race early in the season, and a lot more teams are entered this year as well!

Owen Mitchell and Chris Brenchley are in the top 10 individual standings, while Chris is 4th is the v40 and Dave Winch will be higher than 3rd in the v60 once his points from Tunbridge come through. Becky Williams is top place lady overall, joined by Nicky Boyes, while Becky and Janet Morgan make the charts in the v35 and v55 respectively.

Well done everyone who has taken part in any of the three races to date – next up on Good Friday is the Folkestone 10 mile. Postal entries have now closed, but you can still enter online. Don’t forget that that the race incorporates the Kent 10 mile champs – please visit Dave Behagg at the entry desk to pick up the appropriate identifier to wear on your back. Have a great run, and earn your Easter Egg!!
