Deal - CANCELLED
Snowfall earlier has resulted in the course being deemed unsafe, so the Deal Half marathon and junior race have been cancelled. We got as far as Pfizer before turning back!
They are hoping to reschedule - plese check the Deal Tri Website for more details.
The snow came out of nowhere, and covered the ice patches that would have been navigable otherwise, thus making the course extremely dangerous in places - it was most definitely the right decision to cancel. We ourselves know what a difficult decision it is to make, and let's wish Deal Tri better luck when rearranging!
