Latest Grand Prix Standings

The latest Kent Grand Prix standings are now in following the second race in the series, last Sunday’s Thanet 20 mile race. Both men’s and ladies’ teams move up – to 8th and 12th respectively. In the individual standings, Steve King is top ranked in 11th (12th V40) ahead of Andy Stevens 16th. A total of 12 TRAC males have scored in the first 2 races. For the V60, Bill Wright has entered the scoring once again. For the ladies, Gen Holden has picked up points in both races, sitting 28th, with Sarah Harmes and Debbie Hatt also on the chart. Bararba Gambrill is flying the flag for the ladies of a certain age! Well done everyone!

There’s also plenty to play for in the Club Championships as well!

Next up is the Folkestone 10 mile on Good Friday, shortly followed by Darent Valley 10k on 15th April. Once again, please make the effort to turn out for the team if you can – we’ve had a good start, and can carry on moving upwards! If you let the skippers know, Steve Clarke or Sarah Harmes, we can arrange travel.
