Thanet Roadrunners to Appear on new ITV Comedy Drama ‘Edge of Heaven’

Last year, several members of Thanet Roadrunners AC volunteered as extras for a new ITV comedy drama called ‘Edge of Heaven’ which stars Inbetweener Blake Harrison and Doctor Who's Camille Coduri.  It was an extremely cold and windy day, that our club members, pretending to be fun runners,  ran up and down Margate Sea Front for a sequence for the new show.

This new series starts on Friday, 21st February 2014 at 9pm on ITV1 .  The series will run for six episodes.  We are not sure which show will feature our club members, but we will try and let you know via this website and social media.

Members to look out for are Steve Foreshaw (TRAC Men’s Club Captain) who dressed up as a parrot and Sharon Goughlin who dressed as Minnie Mouse.  Mark Perkins (TRAC Club Chairman) can be seen in his Cookie Monster shorts and TRAC treasurer, Peter Gough wore a really bizarre wig.

More details about the series can be found at: http://www.comedy.co.uk/guide/tv/edge_of_heaven/
