Support Our Roadrunners at this Weekend’s Moonlight Challenge!

Pam Philpot will be making her ultra marathon debut at the Moonlight Challenge, this Saturday 15th February 2014.  Pam will be attempting to run 32.75 miles in what will be tough, muddy conditions around Marshside which is just outside Herne Bay.  To make things more interesting, this will all be run in the dark, hence the title of the race

Also making their debut are two Thanet Roadrunners Relay teams.  Each team is made up of five members who each will be talking one lap on this tough and muddy course.

Team 1 Donna Perkins, Claire Stirk, Helen Langsmead Mark Perkins Richard Stirk,
Team 2 Karen Daniels, Julia Hermitage, Tanya Edwards, Ian Lockyer, Mark Foster

If you want to support Pam and our two TRAC teams, the club will once again be marshalling ‘Jelly Baby Corner’ on the route.  This will be an ideal place to congregate and support your friends.
