Final Standings in 2013 Kent GP

The marathon figures have been collated and we now have the final Kent Grand Prix standings of the year.

The men were a place higher than last year in 4th, with a bigger score than for some years, and that's with a much lower total than usual on the marathon. The ladies’ team claimed 16th with a strong finish in the final race. There were some really good individual scores as well, with Chris Brenchley a fantastic 7th overall and 6th v40, Adrian Waters also in the top 20 overall, and Terry Brightwell once again in the top 10 v60. Helen Spain was best placed lady in 34th, while Gaynor Shelvey picked up points as well as a reward for her regular support of races up and down the county.

Well done everyone – you can see the full standings – and don’t forget that the new season kicks off on 19th January with the Dartford 10 mile.
