Cross Country Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the second of the 2015-16 Kent Fitness League cross country fixtures, with a trip to Swanley Park.

For a full combined team, we need at least 10 runners - three women (including at least one over 35, and one over 45) and 7 men (including at least two over 40 and one over 50). So, the more runners we have out the better chance we have of scoring highly! Due to the success of the competition in recent years, there will be no guest runners. Please do make the effort to support the cross country – it’s great fitness work, and fun sloshing about in the mud! If you let the skippers Steve Forshaw and Clare Stirk know, they can help coordinate transport.

There is a junior race starting at 10.15am, before the grown ups start sloshing around in the mud at 11am.

Good luck, and let me know how it goes!
