Cross Country Training Sessions, Every Saturday Morning at Botany Bay

Club coach Noel Sutton has put an open invitation to club member to his cross country-specific run sessions at 9 am at Botany Bay on Saturday mornings. Those looking to take part in the cross countries this season, (know as the Kent Fitness League) would benefit from his coaching.

The session is free, about an hour and a specific session for cross Country strength. Everyone should meet at the Botany Bay Hotel car park at 9 am.

Five miles is covered in the session covers, but you-you could always do a longer warm up before or even a longer warm down if you wanted to do more miles.

There is a mix of juniors and adults taking part.  If you are interested, contact Noel Sutton at noel@coachnoel.com.
