Grand Prix

In the latest Kent Grand Prix standings, both the men’s and ladies’ teams have moved up to 7th place following last Sunday’s Darent Valley 10k.

Andy Stevens moved up to 6th overall in the individual standings, whilst Nick Lever and Adrian Water both got off the mark in the V40. Sarah Harmes is highest placed of the TRAC ladies, in 23rd, whilst she and Debbie Hatt picked up their first points in the v35.

Well done everyone - the TRAC teams have scored steadily in each of the four races to date, and will look to continue that trend at the Deal Half marathon on 13th May. The Larkfield 10k follows the next Sunday, on 20th May, with the Harvel 5 mile on Saturday afternoon of Jubilee holiday weekend, 2nd June. Don’t forget that running in these will also count towards the club championships, and seven of the ten races will be run by early June.

Just to note that the final race in this year’s series, the Maidstone Half has now been confirmed for 14th October.
