Park Run

The Lever family proved a great advert for whatever they’ve had at breakfast during the week, as all three set new personal bests at this morning’s Whitstable Park Run. Daughter Beatrice (37th, 24.15) improved the most, by over 100 seconds, while dad Nick (4th, 19.57) squeezed under the 20 minute mark, in lowering his previous best by nearly a minute a half and today was the first TRACcie home. To cap a successful family day out, mum Delphi (48th, 25.19) also set a new best.

Elsewhere, Alex Kavanagh (7th, 20.16) once again ran very well, with Terry Brightwell (27th, 23.13), Gary Gillattt (27th, 23.15), Rick Ryder (53rd, 26.29) and Bill Wright (61st, 28.20) completing the club turn out.

Well done all!
