TRAC Christmas Party Night 2018

TRAC Christmas Party Night 

The Oak Hotel, Harbour Parade, Ramsgate, CT11 8LN - Friday 7th December 2018 at 7.00pm, for 7.30pm sit down.

Join in the festivities!  A delicious three-course meal of your choice, followed by a disco until Midnight in the beautiful Tiffany Suite at the Oak Hotel.  Tickets cost £29.95 per person, but there will be a generous club subsidy of £9.95 for all TRAC club members.

Smart dress code is required.  Partners are welcome, but regrettably no children.

A deposit of £10.00 is required to be paid to our Social Secretary Julia to secure your place – first come, first served – only 40 spaces.

The remainder of ticket price and your menu choice is required by Monday 19th November 2018 at the very latest.  Please also advise Julia of any special dietary needs or allergies, by Monday 19st November, to allow adequate notice to accommodate your requirements.

Roasted Parsnip & Thyme Soup
served with honeyed croutons

Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
layered with beetroot, orange segments and a tangy horseradish and vodka crème fraiche

Parma Ham, Feta Cheese and Spinach Tartlet
with a dark cherry and cranberry compote

Chicken Liver Parfait
with a cherry, red onion and Cointreau jam
Served with crostini’s

Avocado and Roasted Fig Bruschetta (veggie/vegan)
red onion, mint leaves, plum tomatoes, garlic and olive concasse
With a balsamic dressing

with pig ‘n’ blankets and chef’s own sausage meat stuffing, thyme roasted carrots and parsnips, salted roast potatoes, bacon sautéed with Brussel sprouts and cranberry turkey jus

Cod, Chilli and Leek Wellington
set on a crushed pea potato cake with a vodka crème fraiche

Confit of Duck Leg
set on a purple parmesan mash potato with a hoi sin jus

Pulled Pork, Smoked Bacon and Apple Gratain
served with a whole grain mustard cream sauce

Baked Cauliflower Steak (veggie/vegan)
topped with ratatouille and sweet potatoes
served with a red pepper, tomato and herb sauce
